So I decided to make Rocket Executive Proton (though he's not that high ranking yet) appear in this run for some reason. And he's Clark Kenting. And he's a super sadist. (But seriously, the dude was cutting of Slowpoke tails in HGSS.) I took some liberties with his hair, because, while this particular hairstyle isn't exactly realistic, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HIS OFFICIAL ARTWORK HAIR IS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING. Seriously, it's almost as bad as Gary's.

I originally wanted to make this scene longer by having him to something like rub his thumb into that cut, or have him lick it, or bite that grunt's ear. I also wanted him to threaten the grunt into keeping this information secret by creepily tracing a line around his jawbone with his knife, commenting that he had a nice face, and then saying he'd like it for himself. But then I'd need to spend at least another page on this scene, and I need to get the plot moving.

And now I feel bad for that one Rocket Grunt, but at least it's pretty certain that Proton will let him escape, so that's not bad...?
