Remember that scene in part eight where Italy locks everyone in the basement? Yeah, this is it. I want to draw out the whole scene, but we'll see.
What's up with Germany in the first panel, you ask? A good question. I was going to draw Italy actually pushing him, but then the image of him bouncing off Germany's chest popped into my mind, and I couldn't draw it. Instead, it's just implied that he was hit with something.
I listened to Phantom of the Opera while drawing the bars. It was pretty fitting. Now I have the urge to draw Italy as the phantom and Germany as Christine. I think I need to go to sleep now.
